Cancellation Policy

SBS has a strict cancellation policy of 48 hours. It is critical that you read the policy below.

Bookings that are cancelled with more than 48 hours notice before the appointment time will receive a full refund and no cancellation fees.

Bookings cancelled with 48 to 24 hours notice can re-book an appointment and carry the deposit over to the new booking with no cancellation fees, but no refund will be given.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and will require a new deposit upon re-booking.

SBS reserves the right to charge a fee if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time and no deposit has been taken.
