Swedish Massage

The most popular and well-known style of massage is Swedish massage. Long, flowing strokes of muscles and tissues are used, with pressure ranging from gentle to hard. This is considered to be one of the most relaxing kind of massage. The massaging pressure is adjusted to your preference.

Hot Stone Massage

Our distinctive hot stone massage is incredibly relaxing yet even more energising than our Swedish massage. The Massage Therapist massages your body with hot stones. The heat relieves stress in your back and shoulders, allowing you to work on those muscles more efficiently. Deep relaxation and calm are the end results.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy massage is a light to medium pressure massage that uses essential oils derived from plants mixed with a carrier oil such as apricot kernel or grapeseed oil. Massage combined with the medicinal and therapeutic properties of essential oils (molecules of which are both inhaled and absorbed through the skin) can soothe, revitalise, and uplift the spirit, as well as boost the immune system.

From £25

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is more intense as we use a massage gun. Massage guns has stronger motors and can reach deeper into muscle tissue, relieving pain, releasing tension, and even improving range of motion. Deep Tissue Massage is frequently recommended for athletes and people who have ongoing pain and soreness in both large and small muscle groups.

Pre & Post Treatment Advice

It’s important to take proper care of your body before and after your treatment.

Aftercare

After your massage treatment, your body and mind are in a relaxed state. To ensure you receive maximum benefits from your treatment, it is recommended that you read and follow the aftercare advice:

  1. Drink plenty of water after your treatment. This helps with dehydration and lost fluids, reduces fatigue, and helps eliminate toxins from your body.
  2. Avoid drinking alcohol- or caffeine-containing beverages for 12 hours, as they have dehydrating properties.
  3. Avoid strenuous activity for the next 12 hours to help your body relax and de-stress further.
  4. Take time to do simple breathing exercises, for example, the 4-7-8 breathing technique.
  5. When sitting in front of a computer for longer than 20 minutes, stand up to stretch and gently warm up your joints. Fetch yourself a glass of water.

Massage treatments work best when performed on a regular basis. Make sure to book your next session promptly.
